Project Overviews:

	Interim VPE, 4 Month contract to reinvigorate Engineering tools and Product Process for 100 person BI company. Involved upgrading re-tools engineering and re-organizing product management to improve transparency and velocity.
	Performed a technology and process audit and made recommendations about Roadmap and Promotion Path improvements. Implemented a working POC around ServiceNow CMDB.
	Led a team of developers building an Android App leveraging advanced SnapDragon capabilities for an array camera.
	Worked with business owners as technical partner to build 4 different collaborative applications off of a common SaaS platform. Provided development, product, QA, and support services.
	Hands on AWS API development and building out DevOps best practices (Jenkins CI, automated testing, automated database updates, environment config, Splunk).
	Brought in shortly after Kodak purchased Ofoto, we performed a comprehensive technology and process audit. We help define new product delivery process and reorganized the engineering and product organizations.
	Worked Kodaks first initiative in the cloud with a consolidation of fulfillment capabilities into a central global routing tier for all Kodak divisions and partners to utilize.
	Brought in to architect and build the object repository at the heart of the 4GL development environment..
Nellcor Puritan-Bennet	Architect and implement a PMA Medical Device for use in labor and delivery.
	Brought in as a contract CTO, we built out the product and operations team to over 40 people and developed extensive IP that eventually led to successful outcomes for the investors.
	Built out SaaS platform for music mixing targeting the telcos.
	Helped architect and build a new niche in software security where protection is injected at the binary level.
